As I grew older, ultra processed foods became part of my everyday life without really understanding their impact. I gained weight, felt disconnected from my body, and at 26 I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. That moment changed everything. I realized that food was either supporting my health or working against it.
Healing myself through food led me to study integrative health and nutrition. I became a certified Holistic Health Coach and learned how different bodies need different support. There is no one size fits all approach. Food, habits, stress, and lifestyle all work together. Nourishment is deeply personal.
Becoming a private chef was a natural extension of that philosophy. I love cooking healthy, seasonal, and beautiful meals that are both nourishing and satisfying. Meals that support your energy, hormones, and overall wellbeing, while still feeling joyful and comforting.
I cook with intention so you do not have to think about planning, shopping, or cooking. My goal is to save you time, reduce stress, and help you feel supported through food that truly fuels you and fits your life.
